As a nutritional therapist, I hold a distinction in naturopathic nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
My primary objective is to help individuals enhance their well-being, maintain youthful appearances, and lead longer and happier lives through a science-based approach.
MY PRACTICE
My practice revolves around holistic healthcare, emphasizing support for the body’s natural healing processes through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
By applying functional medicine principles, I aim to identify the underlying causes of health issues, such as gut imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, food sensitivities, or environmental toxins.
Here are the key aspects of my work
- Conducting a comprehensive assessment of clients' dietary intake, lifestyle factors, medical history, and symptoms to determine any nutrient deficiencies, imbalances, or underlying health issues
- Utilizing various tools and assessments, such as blood tests, hair mineral analysis, or functional medicine tests (e.g., Comprehensive stool test, Dutch test, OAT, etc.)
- Developing personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans that include dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, and other complementary therapies as necessary
- Offering guidance on specialized diets tailored to individual needs and preferences, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, FODMAP, low histamine, and more
- Monitoring progress and adjusting the plan as needed based on clients' evolving needs
and health goals
- Providing advice on enhancing physical and mental performance
- Providing education and support to help clients understand the role of nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits (e.g., regular exercise, stress management, good sleep hygiene) in promoting overall health and well-being. Offering guidance on integrating these habits into their daily lives
- Employing evidence-based practices by utilizing the most current research and clinical evidence to inform recommendations
- Identifying clients' risk factors for chronic diseases and offering recommendations to
mitigate those risks through nutrition and lifestyle interventions
- Providing advice on reducing exposure to environmental toxins in everyday life
- Offering emotional support and encouragement to clients facing health challenges or making lifestyle changes. Assisting clients in developing coping strategies and resilience to navigate these challenges
- Providing advice on longevity and anti-aging strategies
